Find a buyer, acquire a statement that buyer is legal to own, possess and receive this ammo, make sure buyer is not in a NO-AMMO state like MA, get funds FIRST, ship via UPS GROUND (must go ground) with "ORM-D Small Arms Ammunition" clearly labeled on box.

It is easy, but there is always some legal risks if buyer is really underage or lies to you about his legality to own it. Odds are minimal though...

I am not a lawyer so this advice is worth what you're paying for it...

You do NOT have to have an FFL, and you do not have to ship ammo to an FFL.

In an effort to cover your own ass, you should post a disclaimer, something to the effect of "make sure this ammo is legal in your jurisdiction". Then, as a further piece of protection, you should make the buyer send you an "ammo purchase statement" with payment. It's basically a piece of paper that states the buyer is 1)over 18 (21 for handgun ammo), 2)is legally able to purchase and possess ammo in his jurisdiction, and 3)understands all laws applicable in his jurisdiction for the purchase and possession of ammo. The buyer signs it. Some go further and require a copy of the buyers drivers license as proof of age.

Some may say this is all overkill, but in this age of "anybody can sue anybody for any reason" it's cheap insurance to make sure your buyer is legal.

Try a FTF in your state within an hour or so first. Sold my 6520 very quickly and the gent was a very nice guy.

Reselling commercially-loaded ammo is no problem; just follow Rmplstlskn's advice.  It is illegal to sell ammo that you have loaded yourself unless you have an ammo manufacturing FFL and insurance (at minimum).

Last time I was at my local U.PS store there was a sign that stated that you could'nt ship ammo unless you had a commercial contract with them.
