[ARCHIVED THREAD] - How do I open this thing?

My 800rds of 7.62x54R came in today, packed in a sealed metal box. The box seems sealed with either lead or solder, with 3 pull tabs on the corners. My question is, how the heck do I get into this thing? Do I just pull the rings? Anybody ever used the Czech silvertip ammo before?

OK, I figured it out. Just took a hammer and screwdriver and went around the seal. 20 minutes later the lid was off, and I had 800 rounds of ammo. Hell of a way to pack ammunition though....

You should of tried pulling the ring first. You would of opened it in about 30 seconds.
