Hey guys I got 150 rounds for 45 bucks, good deal? I wanted to know what you guys think about this ammo.. Anyone use it in a 1/7 twist colt? Just wondering this is my first step up in ammo from they white box,., Thanks for you time..

150 rounds, was it packed in a bandolier on stripper clips? What's the headstamp say? If it says RG, it's British SS109, so, so ammo. Either way, you paid too much, but at least you only got a small amount. Live and learn.

Don't get too bummed - at most you're out $15 compared to the better deals available. You paid ~ $.30/round and could have had Isreal Military Industries (IMI) M855 for around $.20/round delivered, but you'd have to purchase 1200 rounds for that price. Compare the prices for M855 and XM855PD at the Ammo Price List.

It says TZZ i belive it came int he brown 30rd boxes.. I really did not want a case of it.. Its tought to find a place to shoot fmj in dallas.. I just wanted a few mags with a bigger punch//

Don’t let em get you down. At worst you learned a lesson. Good ammo deals are getting harder to find every day. As soon as you find one some evil hordack goes and buys 2000 round and then tells all his buddies. The next thing you know its all gone.
