| Is there any charts on wind drift for a 55gr .22cal round. (I shoot V-Max) I looked through ammo oracle did not see anything. |

Man that was the name of the cologne taht they used to make us buy from the PX at MCRD San Diego... THen they would spray it into our mouths and spray the listerine on our clothes during inspections... It should have been the other way around. That is why I love those guys soo much.... Still wish I could get some of that.. |

Shrapnel, Since it sounds like you're not using standard military rounds from a mil-like configuration (and so there probably won't be tables published for your exact load), I suggest buying a ballistics program like ExBal, the Sierra Ballistics Explorer, agtrans, or one of the many others. You give it your bullet (e.g. 55gr VMAX), measured muzzle velocity, altitude, temperature, humidity, etc, and it will print out a drop and windage table out to whatever range you want. -z |
