What are the difference between Black Tip and Green Tip  Frens |

None, and the "hotshot" stuff (usually w/green tip) is the same as the 5.56X45 white boxed (usually black tipped) stuff.I had FTE, FTF's for a few rounds and then for some reason they just stopped, and I haven't had a problem since.
