Does federal\winchester make battle packs for our millitary?
Personally, i love the PVC battle packs, and im sure im not alone.
would there be a big enough market for ammo manufactuers to start packing them in 300-400 rd packs?

No. We use ammo cans, because they protect and transport much better, and we can afford it. "Battle packs" are used by a few countries that can't afford ammo cans.
