One of the things the Military does in contracts is specify the useful life of the machinery. They will not accept anything produced on the machine after the end of its useful life. I believe that a least some of this stuff available is end of life cyle loadings. My guess is that they run the loading line at maximum efficency to a scheduled shut down and sell any post lifecycle production in the civilian market. Mike |
