The Mad Machinist sort of put me on to this large frame Glock lower by the name of Green Swamp Tactical out of Florida.  I ordered a lower from them, it came in, just by glancing when I picked it up at the dealer, knew something wasn't right.  When I got it home I learned that the trigger pen holes were not drilled.  I contacted the folks at GST at the advice of the Mad Machinist.  They asked me to ship it back to them and told me they couldn't imagine that getting out without them catching it.  So I shipped it back, they remedied the problem put me in a LPK for my troubles.  I got it back today, dropped a pistol tube on it a SB tactical stabllizing brace.  Put my OA 45 upper on it and it ran like clock work.  Green Swamp Tactical did their best to make this right for me.  Pleasant to deal with an honorable company!

Good to hear!!

In my mind, mistakes will happen, it's unavoidable. Does it suck, sure. But it's really about how a company handles the mistake once it happens. Sounds like an excellent company to do business with.

The main advantage of the GST lower is in the design......when I set the mag angle and height for the different actions in the original prototype....it eliminates the need to modify the magazine follower for use with our DI uppers, and with a quick mag catch change and install of the ejector the blowback runs like a sewing machine.....and the last round bolt hold open parts are being made now....

Do you think the bolt hold open will work on a Olympic Arms upper?

I will look at it, might be able to figure out something....but that damn spring ejector seems to get in the way of everything...LOL

Had a little time before I locked up....pinned my K45 Olympic on the GST lower and it runs......very well. Pulled one of the prototype lowers with the LRBHO and looks like I will be able to cut a clearance slot in the mechanism to accommodate the Olympic ejector. Still requires a mod to the lower, if you already have one....GST is cutting the new lowers with the appropriate mods to accept the parts and will be shipping them that way. I am in the process of producing the parts and they will ship as soon as we get them all made. One piece is a wire form that I am 6 weeks out on the production schedule with the subcontractor. Unfortunately I don't have a CNC wire bender.....

All the lowers they have are being  cut for the new parts .......call me at the shop....we'll work out getting you modded and the parts installed.....
Once the mods to the lower are done...I will be able to fabricate the parts for the Olympic in my shop and get them to you.
