| I'm looking at building a 9mm AR in the near future. I'm trying to decide between a dedicated 9mm-specific lower and using one of my existing lowers. I already have SBR'd several lowers and was thinking about using one of them. However, my Form 1s all say "5.56" for the caliber. Is it legal to use a lower that SBR'd as 5.56 for a 9 mm build? Thanks for any guidance. |
