I recently bought a Double Diamond lower designated for Glock Mags in 9MM. I added a a Spikes upper and a 7 " barrel from JSE surplus. the handgaurd started out as a 12 inch DPMS FF but I cut it down to just slightly extend past the Flash suppressor. I polish and stone my triggers and add JP yellow springs along with their anti rotation pins.My bolt comes this week along with my red dot.. this should be a blast to shoot.

Nice. I have to ask why didn't you cut the hand guard back enough to clear the blast from the flash hider?

i wanted the barrel for lack of better words hidden.. to see how it will work , I may even add a end cap like YHM sells .. just for something different

Just be aware that the blast inside that tube will eventually erode it.
