Ok, I've got the stainless .22LR conversion kit for my AR15 from CMMG. It has the BHOA Actuator, and I broke it sadly. I sent off a quick email to the customer service department asking a few questions on repairs, etc. So Josh Humphrey responded that he'd send me another, which is awesome, I know it's a small piece and not worth much, but it's priceless to me. It's seen -a lot- of use. That's not the part that surprised me. The part that surprised me is that he answered in 2 minutes, via email. Bravo *clap* *clap* *clap*. That's customer service! That's how you stay in business in this industry. I have 4 emails off to two other companies (that I will not name here) that haven't been answered yet, in over a week. Good response is nice, but it took me MUCH longer to write this than it did in the 3 minutes dealing with CMMG. Right on.

| I ordered my son a CMMG M4-LEP dedicated .22 on March 5th and we received it on march 27th and that's with 4 days ground shipping. Their lead time is 2-3 weeks for new gun manufacture and they made it before the 3 week period. So far we haven't had a single problem with the gun, my son loves it and has a great time shooting it. I'm very happy to hear about such great customer service, definitely makes me feel like I made a good choice and will purchase one of their 5.56 uppers from them when he is ready. Thanks CMMG !!! |
| In a world of big corporations that ignore individual problems its refreshing to deal with a company that takes such good care of their customers. Sure, they can't solve every problem instantly, no one can, but over all the vast majority of people who have dealt with them have found them to be great to deal with. I found this out a few years back when I starting using their stuff. Now I have 3.56mm, 9mm and .22 uppers, .22 conversions, and more from them. They earned my confidence and business and I have no qualms about spending my money on their stuff. |
