OK, I've got an Olympic dedicated 22 upper (based on the 261 military system).  I am having problems with feeding out of my Black Dog mags and don't know if its a gun problem or a mag related issue.  Lots of misfeeds where the bullet takes a jump up and misses the chamber thus jamming the weapon, occasionally it'll fire a round then the empty gets hung up from not getting ejected completely out of the rifle and the next round jams.  Any ideas????  Suggestions????  I will say that when I get several in a row to feed and fire like they all should its a lot of fun, just frustrating not being able to get through a complete mag without a jam.  Any help appreciated!!!

Nope, unless BDM made a BIG goof.  molded with Olymic Arms on the mag and M261.22 AR-15.

You'll need to smooth the magazine feed ramp with a jewelers file. There was an M261 Sticky
near the top of the index here that had pictures. I did a number of these mags and they then fed
rounds properly.

Thanks!!!  One other question, are they finiky as to which ammo they like as far as cycling is concerned?

I've never owned M-261 kit but every other 22rimfire gun seems to work better or best with certain ammo.  My AA pistol kits work pretty good with Remington bulk but my AR-22's hate Remington.   Even my Ruger Mark I pistol  has ammo preference so I would suggest trying several different 22 rounds to see if any work.

Hi. I had one with the same problems,I found a web site OA2.org ,there it was suggested to make a call to Olympic Arms ,ask for the rimfire shop and  for Harvey. He asked me to return the upper to them .They have a lifetime warranty.I had the upper back in my hands in less than a month, and now I have a working upper,Only cost was for shipping to them.Great customer service,I also told them I was not the original owner.
