What is the difference in these two kits? Is one just an older model than the other? My local shop has the one in the package instead of the tube. Is one superior to the other?

Without seeing it up close and out of the packaging, and judging by packaging, I would say the one in the blister pack is the older, discontinued kit.
The one in the tube is probably the newer kit. The difference is: New Kit includes: Live round extraction Cotter pin holding the firing pin (some early newer kits did not have this feature) Push pin holds the extractor Improved Extractor Machined for optimal BHOA operation Dave N |
