Picked up a CZ V22 upper today at the fun show. Need to order some mags for it. Any one with one have a any idea how to field strip it? Looks liek the only way to clean it is to remove the barrel from the upper. Should be a better way..HELP!!!!!
Thanks Vic |

Mags from Conversion Caliber Supply (BDMs). Yup. I have the BDM CZ V-22 hi-cap mags available. Replacement firing pins and some other spare parts too. I can also e-mail you a CZ V-22 owners manual with field stripping instructions. It is an easy process. It all starts with the removal of the receiver plug retaining pin located at the back end of the upper receiver. Dan CCS, LLC |

Nobody knows how to squeeze more versatility out of their V-22 than Icarus. His V-22 has had more face lifts than Joan Rivers. Honestly Steve, I like the current incarnation almost as much as last year's version with the bayonet and grenade launcher. Seriously, I'd recommend to anybody who still has the stock CZ factory free-float tube to replace it with a railed handguard. The CZ barrel nut is non-spec, but the threads at the front of the upper receiver are. This means you can use any type of handguard you like and add as many accessories as you can afford (or hide from your spouse). At the very least, try replacing the CZ factory sight block with a 2 or 4 rail gas block. This will allow for a sling mount and a bipod. After that, you will find you "need" to add the laser, flashlight, night vision, fore grip, rail covers, etc...

Thanks Dan. I still get more fun out of this gun than any of my others. I like how it is now too. Everything on it has a purpose. Of, course if some enterprising scope manufacturer were to come up with a scope that incorporates the offset dot sight and a laser on the same tube, that would be even better. I'm just ahead of my time........... |
