I am building a 17 mach II Does anyone have any advice for me. I just put together a spikes lower with Bushmaster trigger pack. Should be getting the barrel and kit next week.

No advice...but I do have a NEF single shot in 17 Mach2, thing shoots like a champ. Was questionable about the round at first but hits what I want when I want.

That's great to hear, my friend called it a dead round but I have heard others rave about it and I need something other than a .22 for plinking and squirrel execution.

The 17 Mach2 is a really nice round and has kinda gotten lost behind the 17HMR but it's actually a very good shooter out to around 125 yards. The Eley ammo and the stuff that Remington sells (re-labeled Eley) is less expensive than the other brands and is very good quality. A lot of the high cap mags don't like the the 17 Mach2 due to the cartridge case's shape but since you're getting a kit from Spikes that sounds like it's made for the Mach2 than you should be OK. Show us some pictures when you get the rig all together.
