i just got an air force .22 conversion.
i want to use it in my colt a3 tactical. when the unit is inserted and the rifle assembled, and i pullback the charging handle, the bolt body sticks to the rear. its is definitely hanging up on something: maybe the hammer? if i pop the upper retaining pin and slightly separate the upper from the lower, the bolt moves forward. any ideas? do i need a full auto hammer? your help is greatly appreciated ! |

looks like the 6721 takes the large pin .172-173" triggers. . ahhh a 6721, now you tell me the secret number
You will need to find a hammer with the smooth face and large pin hole. If you do find a full auto hammer you can cut the tail off to make it a legal semi hammer. |
