Just wanted to know if anyone has a favorive .22LR cartridge that leaves less residue in the firearm or smokes less. I usually use the Federal bulk ammo (blue box) but it still seems dirty to me.

They crap out some kind of granular dust residue, almost like sand, that get in the 'can. If I shoot a 50box and then tap the suppressor on the table I get a good "half-sugar cube" sized volume of "black sand" that comes out. ETA: I would have to say that CCI is the cleanest burning, in my experience. |
