Geez, guy, read the posts.

No real insult intended.

There seem to be 4 main systems in current/recent production:

    1. CZ V22- benefits: relatively low cost. I think BDM hi cap mags are available. Reported reliability variable, ditto accuracy.COMPLETE UPPER ONLY1

    2. M261  conversion for .223 uppers or complete dedicated uppers from Olympic,Kurt's Kustom Firearms, Compass Lake Engineering, Accuracy Speaks. Some very expensive and accurate uppers are built on this conversion. Reportedly will lock open on an empty magazine. CLE sells a shellholder allowing single loading. The ten round stock mags fit inside a regular .223 mag for an authentic look. BDM makes hi cap mags for these, too.

    3. Colt/DPMS not currently in production. Mine works fine. Supposedly BDM is tooling up for hi cap mags for these, too.

    4. Ciener system. Various Ciener derived conversions are the most popular and in demand since prior to the advent of the Black Dog Machine magazines, Ciener was the only game in town for mags of greater than 10 round capacity.

Genuine Ciener conversions form the basis of most current dedicated .22 uppers, and often are quite reliable, and are the only currently production conversion rated for full auto fire.
Due to demand, they are in very short supply. Service? Seriously, my own personal experience of Ciener's service is of a single purchase of a chamber insert and 3 30rd mags shortly after the AWB expired. The parcel arrived one week after I sent the check, other's experiences have varied.
Spike's Tactical and Model 1 Sales are due to release their own in house produced versions of the Ciener type kit AFTER they are able to fill all their orders for complete dedicated uppers. Spike's service is said to be excellent, as is their quality. My own experience with M1S ( they're nearly local to me) has been good.
Tactical Solutions is shipping dedicated uppers on what appears to be a modified Ciener system ( uses Ciener type mags, of completely different construction. This is a promising new product awaiting proof.
