I have had this kit for about 2 years now but haven't really played with it to much because I only had one 10 round magazine (spent to much time loading). I now have two BDM 27 rounders. I had it at the range the other day and it performed great. Mags were hard to load but have fixed that problem thanks to the great folks at AR15.com. I cleaned the conversion kit today and was trying my magazine mods out. When I manually cycled the bolt action very few rounds would eject. I plan on hitting the range tomorrow and see if the action will work when actually firing the gun. I'm useing Federal value pack ammo. My rifle is a RRA Entry Tactical Carbine. I can't wait till the new BDM magazines hit the market I did the same conversion but I'm sure his will be top notch. Any one have any insight on the fail to eject problem, I hear about people polishing the kits have no idea what they mean.

Don't worry about the fail to eject:  that is a very common occurance when manually cycling the conversion kit.  When you shoot the kit at the range ejection will be fine.

Thanks,

Thanks for the reply...Brad76 you hit the nail on the head. Shot about 350-400 rounds today and only had 2 rounds fail to eject.  Red thanks for the info on polishing the kit. My next question is how to disasemble the kit I googled it but can't find any instructions.

dissasembly is real easy ........ just take and where the two rails slip onto the chamber adapter, spread them apart and pull it off ..... assembly is reverse of removal
