I bought a new ceiner ar kit at the fun show(brown plastic box). When the ceiner bolt is inserted and upper is locked down, the bolt binds up. I tried to lube the bolt, but no luck. The only way I can close the bolt is to lightly coax it by tapping the barrel. I think that it is binding on the bottom, possibly against the hammer. This happens on both my stag and my sun devil rifles. Any ideas on what to do to make the kit work, it appears new -no wear. I can draw back the bolt with the charging handle, but is doesnt go forward without some force. Suggestions please, TIA

I had similar problems because I had a Gasbuster charging handle. I used others & it worked fine.

try a different CH. unless you are using different types on the 2 rifles. with the upper open, the ciener kit should slide into place completely, of its own weight. you may need to push slightly on the CH to latch the catch, but that is only to secure it. it may be the floating chamber is slightly too large, due to parkerizing. polish it somewhat & see if that helps. of course, you already cleaned your chamber....
   hope that helps.
