The auction in the link shows a Army type 261 conversion.  Definitely not Colt.

As far as I know only the Ciener is full-auto capable and that only with the auto trip and anti-bounce weight.

As noted above, that auction kit is not a COLT,  it is M261.  It will go atop a M16, but only function proper in semi.


The COLTĀ®  22LR kit is not full auto compatable.. You can put the kit on top of M16 clock work, but it will only function in the semi mode correctly.






The only kit that is M16 (full auto) ready is the Ceiner, see the trip to dupe that found on M16 carrier to operate the auto-sear ---
