I would like a 9mm upper w/ 7" barrel, and a 10" free float rail system to cover about 1/2 the suppressor...

where do I go from here?  Does anyone sell something close?

Should I buy all the parts seperately?

FYI, this will be for a RRA SBR registered lower

9mm uppers are easy to put together. I would just buy the parts you want and either give it a try to put it together or send off the parts to a gunsmith to assemble for you.
