I just received my RRA Mag Block and want to install it into a RR.  I know that the fit should be tight but, I can't get it in without hammering it in and when I gently hammered, it barely went it.  For obvious reasons, I don't want to hurt the RR.  Does anyone have any experience /suggestions with the install?  Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure the tightening screw is loosened up.  Mine is a snug fit but goes in by hand push easily.

I had to oil up the sides of mine and slide it in a little, wiggle it around a little, pull it out, spread some more oil, slide it ack in a bit further, wiggle it, slide it back out, slide it back in, etc.

You know, the more I do this gun stuff, the more it sounds like dating...

Well, either way, after a bit of oiling and working it in and out from the bottom mine fits in nicely. Of course, mine was a stripped, new, dry lower. Your RR should have already been broken in.

Thanks for the info, I'll have to try that...

Don't recall ever thinking about it quite that way, but it does sound like it.
