[ARCHIVED THREAD] - M261 inserts in Orilite Mags

Do the M261 insterts work in the orilite mags? I'm looking for the cheapest mags I can find for the inserts, as I don't want to deal with taking them in and out. CDNN has orilite mags for $7, which is the cheapest I've seen (having only looked for about 5 minutes.)

I use them in a couple orlites, they seem to work OK. The only ones I had trouble with were some no name steel cheapy mags that let it slop sideways and tip forward, the Orlites at least are tight.

I've also used the M261 inserts in Orlites with no problems.

Same here, cheap and solid in the magwell of my RRA.

Odd. I tried two of my Orlite mags and it would consistently fail to feed. The round would just impact the breach face just below the chamber. I'll have to try them again.
