I was wondering if the Oly .45 Upper uses the same sort of ejector spring as the 9mm kit. The reciever is drilled with a pin and it holds the ejector?  I was thinking of building a .45 ACP upper because you can get the bolt and barrel from Oly but it looks like I would also need to get a reciever or somehow drill the holes for the cross pin?

Thanks for any info!

The ejectors are the same no matter what caliber.

It's no big deal to drill the holes. You can do them with a hand drill if you are careful. You will need to buy the ejector spring & pin tho.

USAMARK,  I thought about that also.  My only concern is getting them in the right place. Any tips?

If you have a buddy with an Olympic kit, measure that. Since the ejector is just a spring, it doesn't have to be EXACTLY right. A decent dial caliper will be just fine. A drill press with a vise would be great to drill thru just so the cross pin is straight. That's how I did one many moons ago and it's still running today.

Somebody posted the measurements here a while back with a drawing. Maybe somebody can dig that up.
