I've owned  both the Bushy and the DPMS and my money would go to a CZ or a one of the smaller guys who are making dedicated .22 uppers. Look around in the pistol caliber AR forum for lots of good info.

There's about $100 difference between the DPMS and the CZ. If you want to use iron sights, the DPMS is the better starting point because it can be had with those--or at least the front base--from the factory. If you want to go right to a scope, the CZ might work fine for you. I have a DPMS and love it, and from everything I've read the CZ is just about its equal in both reliability and accuracy.

I've had both the CZ and the DPMS. Both are reliable, but I prefer the normal operation on the DPMS (charging handle vs. bolt handle) and the finish on the DPMS is much better. It feels like a real upper, and felt more substantial to me. The CZ was painted vs. anodized and it looked cheaper. It's a moot point for me, since I'm selling the DPMS and will be using a M261 conversion kit from now on. Won't be as accurate, but it will be fine for can killing.

I have a CZ and the best part of it is being able to use the Ciener 30 mags.
The accuracy is probably on par with the DPMS.

Things I like about the CZ:
    1.   The price
    2.   Accuracy
    3.   Simplicity of design (no need to change the buffer over)
    4.   Balance

Things I don't like:
    1.   The black paint instead of anodizing on the reciever (very tough but still)
    2.   The bolt (very similar to the use of a 10/22)
    3.   The lack of iron sites (I rarely use...if at all)
