Just got another approval by the feds. This one has a MARK installed. The upper is actually for a different project but I'm using it until I get the correct one. I haven't shot it yet as the stamp was just approved yesterday afternoon.

There's a lot of talk about buffers but what about springs? I remember like 10 years ago I bought some damage industry springs, they seem to be smoother. I think springco has some extra power springs and j just saw this video today: https://youtube.com/shorts/G6XEUuBsjoc?is=7npH9hfd0qynj0Wn Neptune defense thing Geissele has one too I think it's more focused on durability. I guess the point of getting at, with the rate FRT is there more of a noticeable impact of a smoother shooting buffer spring as opposed to normal semi-auto? And or reliability? |

So my brother and I went Fully Semiautomatic on some hogs last night. We both had our 12.5" Six8 rifles equipped with G$ triggers and Arc- fires. I tried to sweep across them but my Six8 was a little less controllable than I would have liked. We got a few of them but not as many as I wanted. So next time I will take my super heavy 24" 5.56. That things stays very flat while shooting. I'll put a D60 drum in it.. Piggies won't stand a chance. I would have had some video but my brother accidentally deleted it when trying to save it. Why did they put the save and delete buttons so close together

Well, I got out earlier today and can confirm, for my sample size of one at least, that the Trigger Kicker works without modification with the Surefire OBC. After messing around with buffer and spring combinations, I think I've found what this 16" Colt IAR upper likes. Second part of the video is my attempt at getting off single rounds since the Trigger Kicker is Safe - Forced Reset only. The rate of fire is slow enough that controlled single shots are pretty simple.  Colt 16" IAR Upper with Surefire OBC & Hoffman Tactical Trigger Kicker I didn't run it with the RC2 in the video. I plan to dial in the buffer and spring combination for suppressed use sometime in the next couple weeks as time allows.

 Century Arms AP5SD with Rico309 and Rare Breed AP5SD with RICO309 and Rare Breed FRT. The trigger took some shimming under the front to get it working but she runs great. Semi trigger feels like a stock 10/22 trigger to me. |

The mini Hulk is killing it. My 10 y/o son has walked away from his (more or less he’s always commandeered it lol) GHM9 SD and has adopted this as his now (with the OG TiRant can). This thing runs lights out This is one of the TK guns. I’m digging the two position. It’s my longest barrel at 13.5”  This meme gun I built and finished painting rips surprisingly well with the Atrius. It’s never had a failure. Thor painted the receivers and engraved it. I finished the furniture/castle nut/buffer tube.   I’ve never applied Cerakote to anything up until a month or so ago. It’s tedious but I’m slowly improving. |

End of the day videos. I was smoked in this heat and humidity. You’d have to climb a 40 ft tree to get any breeze in the bay I was in. 300 BO  July 30, 2026 - 300 BO Sahara 5.56  July 30, 2026 - 5.56 Rhodie 6 I guessed right on the buffer and spring combos. Started the Riflespeed at 6, moved it 9, and then to 8 on the 5.56. 300 is the phased array barrel, so no adjustment. |
