Stripped uppers to me seem hard to mess up, I'd imagine a lower requires way more machining. I've used Anderson stripped lowers a few times, they work just as well as the others I've used.
I do think PSA is better quality than Anderson though and you could probably find one there for that price. |

What is the nature of your build?
If you're building a cheap plinker with a cheap barrel, it may not matter. If you're building something with an eye toward precision shooting, there are differences in machining accuracy between different manufacturers that can affect rifle performance. What if any differences may exist between these two I can't tell you, but PRI doesn't generally put out anything substandard. |
