I came across an A2 upper receiver today that does not have any Forge Code mark or stamp.  I have searched every where on it for any kind of marking and find nothing.  It has a dark color finish and if it helps, the weld line on the rear (below the sight) is a slightly pronounced, but it is clean.  It is stripped, so no other parts to help identify it.  Does anyone have an idea of who may have made/sold these?

Olympic Arms had some A2 uppers that did not have forge codes. I have an A2 upper that originally came out of Canada that did not have forge codes either. Not sure who did the forging.

I was thinking Olympic might be an option, but could not totally  remember or find any internet data.  Thanks.

I believe that some of theirs did not have forge codes on them. It all depends on when they were made and who they were contracted from. Most of the ones you see these days have forge codes, mainly Anchor Harvey, but there are some others.
