No way in hell.

My RRA highpower rifle shoots .75-1 MOA with handloaded match ammo. That has a heavy match barrel, float tube, light trigger, hooded rear sight and NM front post.

M855 is "rated" to 4 MOA.  Most of the time it will hold about 3 MOA.  

If you do better - good for you - but don't count on it with M855.  It's *not* the most accurate ammo out there - even for milspec ammo.

My bad guys, sorry. I was referring to M193 when I responded to 1" to 2" groups with iron sights at 100 yards out of an A2....<><....:)
