| Well I am on my first A2 build. I am about 80% complete. I just need to get the barrel and buttstock and I finished my first AR15 build. I am pretty excited. I have another lower receiver for a M4 build, but I may put that on the back burner for a Retro build. EDIT. I am also using the same hand guards I used in Iraq when I was deployed. |

Dont feel bad most of the stuff on my builds has been former USGI that the hand recipts were lost.
First A-1 M-16 I ever saw came from Camp Lejeune supposedly in the mid 70's. Only thing lost was the rifle. Doubt if it went well for who it was issued to. Bet that guy is still running. Been seeing a lot of mags, pouches, night vision, KAC rails, sights and various other accessories coming home on our govt. Keep in mind that thou shalt not steal means everyone Christian anyway. Help reduce the deficit not increase it and the countries youth already owe $100K minumum before they exit in taxes just to balance today's budget. Night vision for $200 is a deal that's hard to pass up. Pretty sure it was asked if stolen or not. Still hard to believe it wasn't. Great for hunting wild hogs at night I hear. |
