| I have an M6IC that I just really never get around to shoot, but I noticed my mag catch was on the short side and barely caught the mag lip to hold the bolt back. They have a long post on the subject on the company forum so I measured and compared the catch to the M6 SL and it measured a good 2 thou less. I gave them a call and they mailed me a new one right away, so all is well. I seem to always get the bad one. Guns or whatever-- I'm that guy, at least customer service these days is pretty good. I've had this a year and have less than a handful of rounds down the pipe. It's been a year since my rotator cuff lost 2 full tendons, so range time was tough and I just let most of the toys sit. No questions, they just sent the part! |
| CS at LWRC is second to none. I always talk about CS when it comes up in conversation for any industry/profession. Some people can not understand that CS has a value and that's why things cost more. Example: Nordstroms, yes they are expensive but absolutely no questions asked when an exchange, repair, etc.. needs to take place. Example: I bought a pair of Tommy Bahama slacks from the Providence, RI location when I lived in New England....fast forward two years, (living in FL), the cleaner down here shrinks the inseam by over an inch, doesn't take responsibility. The wife & I are back in RI visiting family, we go to Nordstroms & I see Kevin, the man who always waited on me. I tell him what happened, he looks up the purchase and gets me a new pair, they tailor it to me on the spot. We go the the register & I pull out my card to pay and he says put that away, no money due. Two weeks later I receive the new pants with a prepaid label to return the pants that my cleaner messed up. I know that was a ramble, but the point is when it comes to great CS you have to be willing to pay for it. |

Glad they took care of your issue. LWRC will have my business forever. They just take care of their customers. http://i76.photobucket.com/albums/j39/noeesparza/LWRC%20M6%20SPR%20_zpsezuss41w.jpg How does the IC balance out with a UBR? I've been considering putting one on my own M6 IC. |
