Host: Sig Sauer 516 with original "LWRC" BCG with POF roller cam, surefire brake, and tubbs flat wound buffer spring.
Ammo: Federal XM855F3
Buffers: H, H2, and Spikes ST-T2 weighed at 3.7, 4.5, and 4.1oz. respectively.
BCG: 11.1 oz.
Shooting buddy and i used each buffer 3 times for 5 shots. Notes taken after each shot. Non-shooter exchanged buffers in no particular order.

Here is what we found.

H - Recoil: Soft, long. Ejection: 2:00-2:30.  Most muzzle movement.
H2- Recoil: Hard, Sharp, short. Ejection: 2:30-3:00. Least muzzle movement.
ST-T2- Recoil: Hard "push", short. Ejection: 2:00-2:30. Minimal muzzle movement.

Although a true blind test i need to do this again with doubled up ear-pro as i could hear the difference whether shooting or not so probably influenced the feel. All in all i gained the info i wanted. ST-T2 wins the spot in this 516.
