| Did anyone else take part in the LWRC promotion they have on their website? Since mid-June if you bought a new LWRC rifle, you can scan in your receipt and email it to them at the address on their website and get a free LWRC Guitar rifle case, as well as a Blue Force Gear Dapper insert with a triple M-4 magazine pouch attached. I just ordered mine on Friday, so I will have to see how it looks when it arrives. |

How long ago did you submit your email? I just did mine over the weekend and am hoping to get my case and dapper this week or next depending on how long it takes to ship out.
Did you get a tracking number from them, or did it just show up one day? Yours only took a few days to get? That is awesome! Did they send you a tan case or a black one? How do you like it? Does it fit your rifle well? I did see the small print saying "While supplies last" so hopefully they still have some. Quoted:

Yep! I got the case and BFG dapper a few days after submission. Great case! I sent them the email Monday morning and recived the package Thursday. No tracking number or reply email. Its a tan case, with a black interior. Bottom is velco which works with the dapper. my 14.7 M6A2-S fits with 3-4 inches to spare (CTR out 2 positions). |

If I were you, I would get the free case and sell it. They sell for $120-140 online. You could sell it for $100 on the EE with the dapper and get ammo, or accessories for your rfiles. I am sure people won't have hurt feelings for you getting your free stuff if they run out.
LWRC used to give you the free case with the gun when they did the promotions and you would get it at the store. But they started doing the drop ship thing I guess to limit how many they give away, or eliminate giving out a case for old stock at gun stores that have had the same gun on the shelf for a year plus. I bought a LWRC today, but I have no want or need for that case, so I'll pass... at least that way, that's one other who really wants it who can get it, because of limited supplies. |
