Edit : doesnt really matter, its just my curiosity getting the best of me, just wondered what it would measure up as

Where the gas block is set (on my Mk114) is roughly similar to a carbine length DI setup. I think the Mk116 uses that same piston and just has a longer barrel after the gas block.

Mine is carbine length. It is simply Awesome! Will eat the shittiest Russian steel cased ammo and keep going. Only failure I've had was ammo related when a round failed to extract. The cheep case brok off, I guess they cast the casings. I highly reccomend POF

Look at Addax too.  They do alot of stuff for PWS.  Chris built me a mid length piston system. 20k plus rounds and going strong

I just got an MK114. It's really close to a carbine, maybe a half inch longer than my DI carbine.

I finaly got to sight mine in today. I have an AAC SPR/M4 mount pinned on it. I need more time on it, and work on my hold, but my last (and best) 5-shot group was under 1 1/4" @ 100M. It was with the suppressor, but until I shoot it more, I'm not claiming the supressor inproved accuracy.
One thing I was not expecting is that it vents some gas down on to the barrel.
