Took my new CMMG piston upper (well really whole new AR) to range today.
Flawless. New rifle is: Aero Precision Lower, DPMS LPK, Magpul MOE buttstock coupled to BCM military tube and buffer + CMMG M4 piston upper (straight from their website). Is it the be all, end all? Dunno, but it worked well and I expect it will continue to do so. The whole setup under $1k. I realize you can buy it complete for about the same from CDNN, AIM and others, but it's set up the way I wanted for now. Pretty quick shipping and good communication from CMMG.
