| I've noticed some missing faces at the table: Snipertweg (?), RRIGS, Sakorick, Farmboy (RRIGS' shooting partner), Blondie, and Hipshot. Anyone heard from these guys lately? |

Rriggs and blonde have been gone for a while. I'm not sure what happened but heard rumor about catching shit from work about posts on here?
He works for the FAA so not sure who would have given him crap or why but I think farmboy worked with him also. The last time I tried calling him I didn't hear back from him. |
Spoke to HipShot over a year ago when he was selling some of his retro stash to help a family member who's stricken with cancer. IIRC, he was also in the process of moving out from behind enemy line state of MA. Best wishes to these guys and prayers out to those who have health issues and their families

Went through a really nasty divorce in 2014-2015. All is well now and I'm back. Sold a lot of retro stuff to pay lawyers.

I'm still around and have been checking in when I can. Just not posting much. The boys school, sports, and cub scouts activities take up most nights. Work has gotten busier too since I moved into management and got the lobotomy and spine removal! I've still got over 25 retro models needing completion. All parts are acquired, just need to have lowers anodized and then assemble.
Every time I check in and see what the HIVE is up to I'm amazed! The retro crowd continues to grow and the funshow finds haven't stopped. Thanks for checking on me Bernie! Hope you are well. Early shout out Happy Birthday to all my Marine brothers... Semper Fi |

Just deciding what to have when it is time to register. 3 ARs (two retros and one modern), one AK and one PTR91. Everything else is featureless, including my Saiga AK |

Ya blondie and rigs have been gone for a year or two.
Hell blondie was the one that really kept the retro girls and guns Thread going.. They vanished and eventually the thread did too. I don't check in as much as I used too. I see a lot of new faces. Still good to see the old ones I've known for years |

Yea I aint dead yet!
Been one HELL of a year! Some good some bad. No major health issues as yet but as I always say "The better looking we get the more we fall apart!" I've peeked in from time to time and as someone else mentioned it always AMAZES me of the things you guy can do! I apparently missed all the new 607 stocks but I have a Stoner original which is FAR more valuable to me! I really need to get it mounted on the 80%. God only knows what else I've missed. I had a HUGE project earlier this year that is technically retro. I need to get some good pics and start a thread and show you guys where several months and over $2,000.00 USD went. It's getting to be RETRO weather! (hint hint) Best wishes to those in poor health or circumstances! And I hope everyone remembers to exercise their civic duties tomorrow. |
