I was looking at the US Anodizing website and I noticed they have a page that says they are not accepting new work due to a large contract they received.

Is this still the case? I have seen a few people mention recently they were having things sent to be refinished.

On an unrelated note, will US Anodizing re-anodize a surplus upper that still has factory anodizing left on it?
I couldn't tell if this was an option.

Thanks!

What color anodize are you needing? As long as the part is not cerakoted you should be able to re anodize.

Just looking for something to match or come close to XM grey to match the NDS lower. The finish is currently grey but its a bit dark and also in pretty rough shape.

It isn't cerakoted but it does have a couple coats of rustoleum grey primer. It looks fine for now but I'd like a tougher finish eventually.

Paint comes off then strip it. Then etched. And then magic!
