I'm on back order at brownells for one but I need a second.

The EE or Gunbroker is about your only options I know of if you want a rue A1 603 style upper. Fulton has 604 style SP1 type uppers usually in stock with a black anodizing.
Any idea how long the backorder time is at Brownells?

No but they said they have 700-900 hundred units Coming. Nodak spud are out until March or April so they are not a option for me right now.
