IS Doublestar still the way to go for carbine barrels Barrels? I believe so and they are nice barrels just the "wrong" twist rate

Has anybody released a decent copy of the shiny aluminum CAR buttstocks? Not really, a couple options here but none as good as the original. You can paint a fiberlite stock with Krylon Fusion gloss black and it looks pretty close or get a Bushmaster, Essential Arms, etc aluminum stock and have it powder coated.

And is ADCO still the place to go to get barrel work done for the XM177e2? Adco is a good choice from everything I hear or one of our forum members John Thomas over at http://retroarmsworks.com/
