I was wondering if anyone is making a CAR15 clone with the a1 carrying handle, right hand guards and all that? My friend had one from bushmaster but I don't see it on their website. I want one to leave stashed in my truck. Any help would be great, thank you

As far as factory built A1's...I think you will have to look at Olympic or DPMS right now.

Try hitting up nodak spud man probably the best place to start or you can try to find an a1 upper somewhere and run it on an a2 lower for now.

No I dont this has all taken a new turn. My friend had the bushmaster with slip over flash suppressor and A1 upper. Then he put all A1 furniture on it. I was going to go that route but looks like I would have to build my own. Im still kind of torn if I want to build retro or build something light weight and new with a acog on it. I might have to arfcom it and do both

Just build one. I learned so much from building my own gun that the money and time was well worth it. Its really fun. the best part is chasing down the unusual parts.

Ok so I ordered all the parts to my modern build. BCM upper with geissele  rail, SW lower and all the other random stuff with a ACOG to bolt on it. Next one will be the CAR15.
