Realized I never posted pics of my current retro, a 602/SP1 clone. NODAK SPUD 601 lower, SP1 Upper receiver, Colt M16A1 BCG, Colt LPK (mixed SP1 and M16) , mottled Type D stock and hand guards. The barrel is a Citadel 1/9" twist pencil barrel. It is shown with my 1956 web gear and an original 601 magazine pouch and comic book manual. The three prong is a blued aftermarket and the grip is one that has an Air Force emblem in it, so they need replaced.
The grip is left over from a prototype Air Force GAU commemorative rifle I was going to produce in the late 80s (I had a manufacturer's license back then), but the idea got shelved when the original Roberti-Roos AW ban hit CA in 1989.
It shoots 1/2" to 3/4" groups on a 25 yard ZERO target, and will hit a pop can 9 out of 10 at 100 yards. Good barrel! With the 1/9, I have a wider range of reloads I can make up for it.

That looks great! But even better, it sounds like a real shooter! Nice work.
