Gents, Do any of my fellow retro aficionado's have the armorers instructions for the assembly/disassembly of the 2nd gen Colt collapsing buttstock? Mine is in need of some TLC, and I can't find the instructions online. Thanks! |
| No manual here but here's da scoop. Remove the roll pin in the round nut. You may need a screwdriver,may not. Unscrew the round nut ((if needed there should be a flat head screwdriver slot on the bottom of the plunger assembly),,once the nut is removed the latch will drop off,then push the plunger assembly up thru the top of the stock body and remove from that hole. The plunger and a spring will be what comes out.Done,,easy peasy |
