They do good work but there is one thing about the way they do business that I don't like.
When the return the receiver they require that it be signed for but they don't tell you when it is being shipped. Hopefully you just happen to be home to sign for it. If a small company like NoDak can take the time to tell you when your receiver is being shipped I don't understand why Ident can't also do it. |
