I have a rubber pad on my stock ,Can it be swapped with a checkered plastic plate like whats on the A2 stock ? Or even better can the rubber some how be made to be less slick? when I shoot in the offhand position without my regular coat on the thing just wants to slide off my shoulder not good when shooting for score. Any advice ?
Thanks,Tim |

Thanks,Tim the buttpad is attached with some very strong adhesive. your best bet is to find a type e stock which is the a1 length with the trapdoor. if you're not worried about being retro correct, you can get a cavalry arms a1 stock as well. if you want to try to make it less slick, try taping off the stock and spraying the buttpad with some rubber truck bedliner spray. |
