Hey guys,

Just took my new Late 604 build out for it"s first run, got it battle zeroed at 50yds and have a quick question......I had to lower my front sight post about 1/10th of an inch from flush (mechanical zero) to bring me up to zero. Curious where you guys have your front post set for everyday range work?

For the life of me I don't recall ever having to lower a front sight so much to get zeroed in under 100 yds.

Appreciate any replies.

Is the FSB a new production, "F" marked, front sight base?

This is a new old stock FN M16A1 1/12 pencil barrel using Federal 55 grain bulk.

The sight post is down from flush about 1/10th an inch
