Not mine, but I thought I would give a heads up.

Or as biggerhammer.net reports it, an Olympic Arms receiver, but yes it is a C7 style receiver.

| The Splintered A forge code is from Anchor Harvey Aluminum, and is about the only recent production C7 style upper, used by Colt in the late 90s, by FN for replacement uppers, and more recently by Bushie, DPMS, Olympic Arms, and Fulton Armory for their A1 style uppers, and even Nodak Spud for the C7 uppers they had recently. |

There is a Colt C7 upper for sale on the EE right now - looks nice, if I had the $ I'd buy it. Sorry, don't have a link - will try and find it. FWIW, even though this is a splinter 'A' it's a good price IMO. I have one just like it I'm using for my NYS legal carbine build. Nothing wrong with them at all- they just don't have 'C' on them.
ETA: The Colt C7 is being sold by member bmmc he's asking $115 - he just recently bumped his fs thread. I bought a used LPK from him - good guy to deal with. |

Haha, I've been fighting my C7 fetish to keep from buying that upper from bmmc. But, I've already got a complete late 90s Colt 733 upper with the same style markings- splintered A and a stamped C- and a couple of other unbuilt C7 uppers waiting on $$$ and time to be completed. |
| BMMC is GTG. Bought an new A2 20" from him. I also scored one of the newer black C7 style uppers from the EE a spell ago. Seriously considering sending it to Victor for a color correction. Would be nice if it matched the McKay A2 lower I have in Victor's XM gray. |
