I have a 16 inch barrel with no bayo lug or threaded barrel. The only marking on it is what looks like the letter C located on the underside of the barrel between the front site block. The C looks a lot like the "O" or C that appears in the colt M16 variation guide but in the guide it is stamped near the chamber.
Anyone know where this barrel may have been made? How did colt mark their HBAR Match Target type barrels? I got this one around 2000 and I read in a few places that colt was creating a lot of interesting combinations of things back then.
