I just ordered one of the A1 uppers from Ohio Ordnance Works, and don't know what pins I will need to attach it to a RRA lower. Will the modern ones work? Suggestions?

Yes, the modern ones will work.

I believe (and I could certainly be wrong, since I am very new at this stuff) that the only way you would have an issue with pins is if you had a Colt upper or lower from a commercial rifle. The military surplus uppers should all have standard front pin holes.
