I am looking for A1 uppers for my XM177E2 project. The new current A1's have the brass defector. Any sources?

Nodak Spud is coming out with one. Check out www.nodakspud.com/AR%20Lowers.htm near the bottom of the page:

They also show up on the EE from time to time.

NDS will be a very good choice when they come out.

You can also look in the EE, or they show up on GunBroker

from time to time.

Those are actually C7 type uppers, not retro A1 uppers.
